HomeIP provides proxy and IP access services for legitimate online work, business use, testing, privacy-conscious browsing, and account management where permitted by the relevant platform or service.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use HomeIP services for any activity that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful, including but not limited to:
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or email abuse
- Fraud, phishing, carding, payment abuse, or identity misuse
- Hacking, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access
- Fake signup abuse, fake lead generation, or artificial traffic manipulation
- Illegal scraping, data harvesting, or platform abuse
- Bypassing bans, restrictions, or security systems in a way that violates third-party terms
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any order or service if we believe the service is being used for prohibited or harmful activity.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of HomeIP services complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, and this Acceptable Use Policy.
